Feathertec specializes in repairs and maintenance of all major brands of bicycles. We provide a service to the leisure, avid and professional rider, and mechanical support at most major cycling events. We also provide multiday cycling event and rider support, event planning and event management.
Feathertec is owned and run by Vian Kotzé, an internationally accredited Cyctech Level 3 professional technician with over 20 years of experience. Specialising mainly in the repairs and maintenance of mountain and road cycles, he is adding his own twist to the industry with a focus on individual customer service.
We provide:
- Repairs and maintenance on all major bicycle brands. We have standard service-packages available, but can also tailor make any service package or individual repairs to suit your individual requirements and make of bicycle.
Event planning and race support:
- Multi-day event support: We provide service packages for riders at most major multi-day events. This include proper cleaning, servicing and preparing bikes for the next stage.
- Event planning and logistics: We offer logistics planning for events for both riders and equipment, including accommodation and travel to and from events, etc.
- Event management: We provide logistic solutions as well as the implementation of required tasks that may be required by an event, for example bike service stations, water points, etc.
